Derek,
How did you get a qute like that. I have been quoted £25,000 for a double garage and I would have to arrange planning permission and have the base laid.
well they build it with bricks, not gold

but seriously, it's built the same design as the house so i think at £35k you are getting seriously ripped off.

as for planing permission, all houses have a space on the land allocated as part of the original plans to construct a garage so that wouldn't have been a problem.

good luck if you decide to get one

greg,

a few used CC's are appearing at dealers in my area but all are priced less than £1000 below new price - even 51 reg's

if selling private, i would start no less than £15k but it's just your luck if you find a buyer

i think you are mad to sell it but i wouldn't be keen leaving it out on the road either.

it would probably be fine where i live now although all houses have driveways, but when i lived with my mum and dad it wouldn't have lasted a minute lying on the road

Due to the short supply of these cars and the big demand even the main dealers are selling second hand ones only a couple of hundred quid under the MRRP.
Sell big and dont budge.
12 weeks waiting time at the moment for a new one and any one who is after one will know that.
Believe me i know.
