Could it be thats there were chics on the side of the road and you took your eyes off the road. It's their fault, not yours.

Best moment: Driving roof down and showing off the roof and car to all admirers.

Worst: The first 4 weeks with the car, Pug had it for 2 weeks for transmission fault.

Best being:
-Driving it out the garage being 20 years old and having everyone stare as it was one of the 1st CCs about!
-Becoming a member of the Sunday afternoon drivers club (you know the people that just go out for a drive on a Sunday afternoon for the fun of it!)
-Stumbling across the forum and eventually meeting some really nice people at the main meet and the mini meet (Paulines hubbie excluded ;))

Worst being:
-Having a long delay on the original collection date
-Having my original CC crushed by the transporter!
-Having some idiot dent it with their car door on my 21st birthday
-Kerbing the alloy on the entrance to a car park
-Forking out for 2 new tyres after 10 months ownership!!!

Apart from the obvious, driving around with the roof off in nice weather (hoping the seagulls don't use my back seats for target practice):

Best bits:
Picking it up from the dealer (I've done that about 3 times now but I'm always pleased to see the cc in one piece when they've finished manhandling it).

Worst bits:
Kerbing an alloy (I wasn't driving).
Bending the exhaust (I was driving that time).
Taking the cc back for warranty work - twice so far and due another visit due to the roof mechanism scratching the boot lid and the fact that the carpet still won't stay under the door seals.

Surely that's preferable to them using the front seats...

Best bits:

Seeing that roof drop and raise for the first time.
That first blast up the A2 with the roof down.
Driving it anywhere with the roof down.
Being the owner of the only red 'un in my area.

Worst bits:
Squeaky brakes
Misting up
'Blown' fuse

Wouldn't swap it for anything else apart from a Merc SL

Best Bits:
Topless Driving ;)
The looks from the ladies
The looks from other car drivers
The all-round fun driving experience
The reliability and quality (for me, I've been lucky!)

Worst Bits:
The time I put my hood up and turned the key off, making the roof break!
Having a 307 HDI loan car for the Reading Mini Meet while my autochanger was fitted
'02 206cc SE
Black Paint
Black/Red Leather
NICE! :)

Best Moment:- Trying out my devil back box by banging it in 2nd gear to 6thousand revs down manchester airport tunnels at 1am and it sounding like a jet was taking off.

Worst Moment - When all my dahboard functions died at 90mph on the M6
