Released from pug uk today

World première of 206 GTi 180
With World Rally Championship driver and manufacturer success again beckoning in 2002 after the accolade of finishing 2000 and 2001 with the manufacturers’ title, Peugeot is introducing a new GTi to its 206 sporting stable.
Building on the success of the 206 GTi (138 bhp), the new 206 GTi 180 has a 2.0 litre petrol engine which produces, as its name suggests, 180 bhp at 7,000 rpm, with a 0-62 mph acceleration time of 7.1 seconds* and a top speed of 143 mph* (*unofficial figures).

Key styling elements are: colour coded bodywork, 17â€

is the Suspension on the 206RC is still the same with the 206cc or 206GTI (138Bhp)?
Coz when i was thinking to change my wheels to 17", people don't recommended it because it will sacrifice the ride ability just for a looks. Also 206RC is equipped with 17" as well, therefore i'm just wandering if they change the suspension?

afaik 206 rc/180 will be using the standard 17" 307xsi wheels.
they are virtually the same offset, and they defintly do fit, although the ride will be a bit harder you will have less movement in the tyre, hence btr handling. HTH

I was just telling Melanie about the new 206 GTi 180 and how its called the RC in Europe.

She asked if Peugeot darent call it that in the UK as it sums up their Customer Services Centre.

R C = A R S E Y

just a thought
