I've already put a detailed account of how to install it here so just look up postings by myself.

Thanx mvoong which setting did you leave it on the thing comes with the middle setting on(as in the three holes with the silver ball in it ) ? and do you need to remove the gear gater on the inside of the car for to get at it when installing it?

If I remember I moved it to the longest setting which means the shortest travel and no you don't need to do anything inside the car. Hope that helps. Once you've sussed out how to put it on and off it's easy so you can play around with the settings. Just remeber to wait an hour or so for the exhaust to cool down or you'll be getting some serious burns.
