ROB - thanks for the advice. I had a puma before my cc and wish I had have kept it. I wrapped it around a lampost and it still gave me no trouble!!! I love racing pumas but my friend has a good spec mini and i really like how it drives. It handles very similar to the puma if not quite as fast. I bought a six month old cooper last friday and get it this friday. The guy who had before has swapped it for a cooper s - I'd have liked one but not the insurance that goes with it.

EYE SEE .- ive just read one of the earlier posts that you have made regarding the problems you are having. The dealership that I bought my problem CC from is also owned by Robins and Day . This is City Motors Sheffield. It may be an idea to mention what they did for me in any future letters or phonecalls. One other thing- I made numerous complaints to peugeot during my 11 months of hell and they were not interested . I stated to them as the manufacturer of the car that they should be but they insisted that my problem should be sorted by dealer. The dealer principal confirmed this to me when I had my final meeting with him . He admitted that It was frustrating.

Told Peugeot Customer Relations that they were in best position to resolve problems and to punish Camdens for what they did to our car and for failing to fix it.

They were not interested and told me that their business with their dealers was none of mine!

Good to see the Robins & Day relationship. Will put it to use!
