Standard 307 XSi is 1200kg, so a CC must be at least 1300-1350kg. I reckon with 180bhp you'd be looking at 0-60 in the low 8s (possibly the high 7s with short gearing or 6 speeds).

I think it looks fab, less sporty than the 206. The colour is lovely too.

I think it's nice, not my kind of car but much better than I thought as I find 307's quite strange looking.

Would get it if I were older probably and needed space for kids which hopefully I wont need for another 10 years!!!

Hmm, Â£20,000 does sound a bit steep, especially as thats BMW/MERC's starting ground.

I noticed that the current Autocar magazine ahs a big article on the 307 including very nice pictures.

Although a lot of the other 307cc pics I've seen were fake or not that good, I don't mind these ones.

I think there's a bit of getting used to the lines of a lot of new cars, and I don't mind the colour either. I guess it depends on how small you want your car to be and your practical requirements as well.

No idea what the price will be here though or when it will be available - probably about 2004 :rolleyes:

Don't know about anyone else, I am a little biast cos I havn't got the delivery of my cc yet and I don't want Pug to make a better one!

prices start at Â£15k for the 1.6 up to Â£18.5k for the 2.0 180bhp - if true good prices but i guess once you start adding accessories Â£20k won't be far away.

Derek, an like the BMW/Merc starting point of Â£20K, you end paying at least another Â£5000 for extras like leather etc if you want a half decent car.

Just got my 6000 mile service and i was speaking to the monkeys about the 307cc - the a##hole said "I can categorically say that Peugeot will never make a 307CC due to the difficulties with the folding roof" - i told him to use this site as a training method for him and his staff!!!!
