Yesterday I was due to pick up my Honda Civic Type R in exchange for my megane coupe at 4.00pm. At 2.30 in the afternoon I had a phone call from Honda to say that my Honda had been Stolen from the forecourt lol . They had taken the keys from the showroom and drove it away. I thought they were having me on but it turned out to be true. So I got to wait 2weeks for another
. I thought only Pug had monkeys employed, obviously not.

How are you all anyway gang. Long time no speak.
Regards

Gareth

OMG! OMG! OMG! OMG! What a horror story, thats the worst one I've heard ever!!

Well I hope the thieving ****** brings it back very soon. If I see any about I shall enquire and I'll drive it back to you!

It'll probably be wrecked if I get in it but I'll try my best! Either that or it'll be wrapped round a lampost somewhere!

I'm off to look now!

Ok, gmjones, just admit it, you couldn't wait any longer and stole it from their carpark yourself!

Think the Honda Type R is a fantastic car and (dare I say it on this website!!) seriously considered it as my next car. The only thing is it seems to be in the same "desirability zone to crooks" as the Suburu etc. They had a spate of violent hijackings in Essex recently even going as far attacking people in their own homes to get their car keys. Please don't take this post the wrong way just wanted you to be aware of how desirable your motor will be to certain "scum" of society !!.

Thanks Rich I am aware of it . The vehicle will soon be fitted with a tracker and hopefully with the CAT1 alarm the buggers will not even try and nick it. As for mine being stolen, Hondahave given me a brand new Civic (Not a Type R . Also they have promised they will get one within 2 weeks which is good as there is a 10-12 week waiting list here.

So as for customer service HOnda have been preety good. Plus they filled the civic with petrol .
