Do Peugeot or the dealers send out customer satisfaction forms to you after you have bought from them? Ford did when I bought a new car from them. Or are Peugeot too worried about all the criticisms they will get?
I wanted to know as I would like my comments on my dealer (Warwick Wright Brent Cross) noted.

I heard nothing, when I got my renault (not a megane by the way - A Clio!!!) they phoned about 3 times to see how the customer services were with me, any problems with the car etc
Heard nothing from Peugeot, probably don't dare ring me as they have records of me going back every month with different problems, so they probably realise I'm not happy!

Like Erm i got a call from Peugeot, gave me a chance to slag them off and get the ball rolling, after that the dealers bent over backwards to get me sorted!!

normally peugeot send you a customer satisfaction form (about the dealer mainly) 1 year after you buy the car - i've had quite a few 
you used to get entered into a draw for a new car if you returned it - these days it's something like a case of wine :sad:
it sounds like a great idea as you answer all the questions but although they say they will follow up problems with the dealer - you never hear anything.
