got crazy windows on my cc

this morning when i was going to work i tried to get my side window down, but it didn´t, so i said... how weird, next move, i brougth down the passenger´s side window an both of them went down but when i tried to bring them up... they didn´t work!!! so i call my dealer and took it there, had to drive 120 kilometers (75 miles approx) i tough it might a multiplexed issue, but it wasn´t, the whole unit is defective, so now i have to wait for about 10 to 15 working days!!! i spoke to the manager and he said he´ll do his best so they can get the part as soon as they can, can you believe these guys!!!
