I just got a lovely phone call from a very nice woman at peugeot (poor woman had a cold too) asking me for comments on my dealers after sales service......

all of which goes back to them (Anonymously) so you can slag em off  and the aim is to improve customer service which by the way they know isnt upto the standard it should be.

I was impressed anyways

Volvo do that after every service, though we have always had excellent service from them. Never a complaint

I had that from them too, about 4 weeks after I brought my car!
And i told them I wasn't impressed about the fact the dealer dented it, and then lied about the servicing times, etc.

At least I got to vent my anger!

All I've had so far is a letter from the dealership welcoming me to Peugeot ownership and giving me the names of the service people in their dealership.
I want a phone call from Peugeot! :x
Want to tell them how useless my dealership is...

NikkiC

Me 2!

However, WWBX would not be at forefront of my assault with GregS's machine guns

Camdens of Kempston, Beds would be 1st on the list for their incompetence and 'couldn't give a s**t' attitude after covering our car in white paint

Peugeot Customer Relations would be ahead of WWBX too.

Oh for a phone call!

Pug customer relations are probably too scared to ring you Eye See. They know that you have been treated really badly and know that they will not do anything about it.

It's not right!
