Hello everyone,on reading your replies and tips for my first post ive decided to NOT cancel the order for my cc.

But with a nov 1oth delivery date looming i now need to ask"anything i need to look for in particular or ask when colleting the car"

Or any other tips would be more than helpful, thanks guys.

PS....having fun already, not even got the car yet.

Yes the sky

Can be found by releasing the to catches on left and right at front edge of roof and using the switch with the little car on by the hand brake.

Claire collected ours only problem was found later. Scratch under one of the "grab bars" so make sure its dry when you collect otherwise check the obvious. Does the roof work?

I was lucky. It was howling down with rain when we collected ours and it was sitting outside and... the inside was dry :)

If I'd known then what I know now, this is what I'd do...

1. Stick my fingers up inside the roof clips to see if it's damp!

2. Raise the roof and making sure it's all square going into the boot.

3. When that's done, open the boot (in the traditional manner) and make sure that it opens square as well without rubbing on the roof.

4. Check for scratches.

5. Check for petrol.

6. Drive off and enjoy it!

I grinned all the way down the M1 :) And still am

Have fun, Pauline

W R I

Don't think anyone has had a car without a single problem, (please correct me if wrong!). Besides, with such a complex piece of kit as a modern car, an odd glitch is bound to creep in.

However, just swat up on the common problems on the forum and if you have any get them seen to straight away...... and by the supplying dealer! Don't wait for the 6 month service and take it to a different dealer like we did. The 6 months made it difficult to reject the car and we could not even reject the car until we had let the supplying dealer have a go at the problems following 3 unsuccessful attempts by a different dealer.

Anyway, don't get too paranoid, just enjoy!
