Andy & Jo,

Will you 2 please get a room and stop hijacking posts! Much as I love reading about Stoke on Trent, I keep feeling like I'm reading someone else's ICQ messages. ;)

BTW, no offence meant chaps, I'm only joking. :)

Hey, this is much livelier now, nice !

Well Jo, I can comiserate about your house problems, I just found my conservatory roof on a house I've been renovating to sell, torn up like paper by the storm and blown off somewhere :?: some poor guy's gonna wonder where a conservatory roof came from but I'm not entertaining any claims made by forum members (especially Derek lol).

It's only just all been decorated and the laminate wooden floor inside is soaked. Trying to get hold of builders to do something about it is a nightmare cos with this amount of storm damage, there all cherrypicking the best jobs.

Oh well, If I appear foolish to some by making a few post about unrelated CC topics, then so be it, variety is the spice of life.

Robbie. :D

Gosh Robbie, sorry to hear of ur probs too with ur conservatory roof. It's a pain in the arse aint it especially as I have most of the tiles hanging from my roof still!!! I've have never run in and out of my house so quickly! ;) And to make it worse have to wait 7 days til the insurance people can come out to assess the damage!! There are too many monkeys in this world!

To keep this cc related, good news, got my baby back after 2 days in garage where I've had the whole car completely resealed (again!!!!!) so hopefully no more wet seats! :D

Wow! Can't believe the old "CC related posts" argument is still going strong after my lengthy absence.....where would we be without this subject? As one of the main culprits of non-CC related topics and one of the biggest hijackers since Dick Turpin (for which i make a very weak, half-hearted apology) I was a little dismayed when i logged back in again last week after 2 months out to see a lot of very dull CC-related topics....
I hereby give notice of my intention to start messing with your heads again people (remember 'Big Bother' and 'Quiz of the Day' from this years "Summer of Free Orange Love"????????)
If i knew how to start a poll i'd get peoples feedback as to whether or not they like this sort of thing or not....
