With delivery of my CC next Saturday I find myself mulling over all the finer details of what to expect.

One thing that stands out is no spare tyre. I've had space saver wheels before, but never relied upon a aerosol. A few questions to the forum

1. Does anyone have any link to the website of the tyre repair aerosol manufactuer? I'd like to understand what they claim the product does

2. What experiences can you convey having used the aerosol. Did it work? Did it inflate the tyre with one can? How easy was it to use? Is the tyre ruined after use of the aerosol, or can it be repaired after the roadside treatment

3. Again, for those that have used the aerosol, are you happy with it as a roadside fix, or do you suggest spending the money and giving up the space for a space saver?

4. What do the aerosols cost to replace?

Thanks for your input. I'm sure it will be of interest to many here.

Cheers

Well, I answered point 4 in another post. Around £8 IIRC.

54 quid is that for a spare wacky racers wheel or an alloy wheel. Does anyone know how much a spare 16" alloy is for the SE.

In Uk about £100 for the alloy itself, but the whole point getting the space saver is it's size
