There are plenty of room under the house. Yes, I did it all myself. I love it. The audio is FAB.

all my surround speakers (4) are on the wall (have you seen the small Bose speakers?) no need for speaker stands and safer with young kids

Fronts are on the floor and sub is hangang on the roof (i'm kiddin)

I can't wall mount my speakers in my current house 'cos I have a strangely shaped open plan living room. I may well wall mount them in my new house though.

I've seen (and lusted after) the Bose cubes, very nice aesthetically and sonically -who knows, maybe someday I'll even be able to afford a set.
