Just bought a set of chrome hoops (ecosse) . Do I really need to remove the seats to fit them or is there an easier way - all suggestions welcome :?:

You need to remove the seat backs to get at the bolts. Apparently you can just lift the backs out off their clips. I would imagine this depends on how tight they're bolted in though.

I would take the rear seats out completely - only two bolts for the seat and one for each back. Not too difficult, or time consuming.

the seat backs lift out very easily. then just pull it forward enough to give you room to loosen the 2 bolts for each hoops.

taking your time, the job can easily be completed in 15-20 mins.
