I thought when you sell stuff second hand/used, you look at roughly half the cost of brand new. So a brand new set of 4 wheels is £399. The AA are doing F1s for £83 so that's just over £180 a piece. IMHO I'd say a fair price for a second hand set of 4 with used tyres is £400 - plus they'll be costly to post/courier as they'll be damn heavy!

Are the alloys COMPLETELY unmarked? And exactly how many miles have you put on the tyres?

With VERY low mileage, I'd be interested in one (gotta be the right side tho!) for £100 especially if delivery could be arranged via a meet or WHY to save delivery costs

I can currently get NEW alloys and NEW tyres for approx £163 each.

So that makes it £652 for 4. £500 for 2nd hand seems a little high to me.

At least with new ones you have some come back if the lacquer blisters (as a few have in the past).

Just to reconfirm and clarify the issue...all four alloy wheels are for sale in an unmarked condition, no scratches, no scuff marks...etc. The mileage on the tyres is approx. 2500miles.

I am willing to deliver them personally anywhere in the UK for £550, which is alot cheaper than having them delivered by a courier.

Contacted renowheel (bridgend) who are highly reccommended. They need the wheel overnight but cannot store the car overnight so car will be left up on jack on the drive for 2 days - not ideal .There is a local firm which say they could turn it around in a day but renowheel dispute this as they say the drying time of the three coats exceeds 8 hours alone - they warned me to be careful of anyone who claims to be able to do the job in one day . What do you think :? :? :? :? :? :? :? :?
