Dear Sir,
I wish to complain about the above subject. How can you condone the eating of cattle meat purely for pleasure? It is tough and gristly and of a far inferior quality to monkey meat. I have a couple of employees I am currently unhappy with and am sending them to you by first class post. Please feel free to sample them. I can thoroughly recommend the barbeque method of cooking, just make sure you get Chef to marinade the steaks first, preferably in a lemon juice and African lager mixture. Enjoy.

Stephen T,
Try it sometime you may be pleasantly surprised. When it is blue (as long as it is a good cut such as fillet) there is no blood, is not chewy and tastes really good. My hubby used to have his well done and now has it very rare after realising it tastes a lot better blue. It also doesn't shrink to half its original size!!
