look........
there aint nothing definate yet..... i just made this post to see if enuff people were interested in coming to organise it cause its gonna take ALOT of organising for a meet lasting 2 days.
September would be the best month as most people would not be on holiday then!!! and i am sure travel figures would back me up on this
but u can make any suggestions u want here thats the point of this post.......to see what ppl want and when they want it to happen.

But theres lies, damn lies and statistics
people go away in July and August cos they have Kids.... it holiday time
you may find CC owners tend not to have kids
Statistics probably also show its warmer and you have longer days in July and August

Although Yorkshire doesn't sound particularly central
Somewhere scenic such as North York Moors, Dales or Lake district sounds a good idea
Plenty places to stay in these areas
September would then be good Idea to avoid tourist conjestion

I'd suggest basing it around something thats going on so that we don't all get sick of each others company ..... if it was september then can i scream TRAX, but it doesnt have to be car related ... anyone fancy coming to the extrem sports weekend in july (i think)

I know quite a few peolpe in York and have been out quite a few times. Lots of great bars. Unfortuantely the clubs are pretty cheesy but i've always had a good laugh up there.
