This is all very nice, but can you spray your car black so I can see what mine would look like?

Been up Pompey down hill I see. You thinking of colour coding btw?

Car looks good very good (still need to get those badges off mind).

Alexis, yep the windstop looks even better on my black Pug (sorry M275, yours still looks good too), it's as if the windstop's already been colour coded.

That's an 'l' in my name, not an 'i' ;)

Nope - it's like a 'L' but smaller ;)

You see, the problem is there's already an 'Alex' so I put my other initials on the end. Probably be less confusing if it was "AlexLS" but there you go. We can't have everything - as many 206cc owners seem painfully aware

Hmm, desperately looking at my keyboard for some inspiration - tries Alexls with a small L but guess it's not quite the right font - sorry

I am also considering the Wind Stop (as part of an overall purchase consideration). Having once driven a Merc SLK, I found the Wind Deflector impaired my vision in the rear view mirror. It was also made of mesh. Does anyone else find that with the Pug?

Cheers
Duke

Hi 13, I think most windstops impair vision to some degree, (maybe not the TT which I believe is clear) but I don't have a problem at all seeing through the mesh with the rear view mirror when the roof's down as it's generally bright inside the cabin.

The only time it could be a problem is when the roof's up and it becomes a little darker inside the vehicle, but then you wouldn't usually need the windstop up unless you were using it as a rear sunvisor as someone has suggested.

The only time that visibility is an issue with the windbreak up is when you are waiting for the AA patrol van

Oh and Porsche Boxters also have a clear section in their windbreak - so they can wave as they pass the broken down CC owner
