Yay! Nice one, the Ecosse vents are nice. Personally I've never bothered with the upper grill coz you can hjardly see them - have you got any pics though?

As for the air filter, no idea!

I could take a picture of them in the carrier bag, but I don't think they would look the same. I will was the car at the weekend and take some pic's. The vents are the cleanest part of my car at the moment. It spends it's life on the Mm/M58 at the moment.

Isn't "sounding good" sufficient? ;)
What sort of air filter is it? Flat panel job or cone-type induction kit?

That's a bit technical isn't it? I guess it must be a cone-type seem as it is shaped like that. I think it's a pipercross if I remember rightly

If its the pipercross viper, its easy to fit with a 13 mm spanner and a screwdriver or two.
If you have the 1.6 it'll help with your pullaway and acceleration in the low revs... I know i have 1 :)
If your down this way, i'd gladly help.

Sorry Matt, missed your post.

Yes. Well when you say all the hosing. Its a hose with the cone filter on the end.
I know they arent supposed to work for the 2.0 but for the lil 1.6 it works a treat.

AFAIK Ecosse are the only people that sell them, 48quid + VAT + P&P, but this is the unpainted price. They refused to spray mine for me because they claimed there are too many Aegean Blue shades and they may do the wrong one. Luckily I was getting my bumpers & side strips sprayed by my dealership, and persuaded to do the new vents free of charge :D

You may be lucky to find someone selling them second hand on e-bay, but there aren't many pre-sprayed ones around.
