Hi everybody , well today i become a proud owner of a lowered 206 cc . got my lowering springs (fronts only ) from ecosse for £70 . and got them fitted by the great guys at cts tyres in derby for £120 .
i was a little dubious when the guy at ecosse said it would be a 60 mm drop but the car looks AWESOME absolutely stunning .
This has got to be the best mod you can get for £200 !!

Got my rear torsion bar adjusted in that £120 !! so the car looks completely level . yeah still running the original pug 16's but they look good when the rim is almost touching them !!! . Actually today i was driving in town and some bloke in a 306 cab (both had our roofs down) pulled up next to me at the lights and started complementing me on what a "beautiful" car it looks now its lowered ... ha ha
Anyway not thinking about uprating the shocks yet but can fore see i will definately have to with in 12 months .
p.s if you want a comfortable ride don t lower by 60!!!!!

If you are going to do anything else to the suspension then have the torsion bars and/ or the stabilizer beams upgraded to gti or sw spec. It improves the handling no end. I don't know why Peugeot didn’t leave the suspension of the gti on the 206 cc's. The new 307cc is allegedly lowered!
My cars has only been lowered by 40mm, but haven’t had a problem with shocks at this height and I live in speed hump city.
