Update - in a blind panic I phoned my mum and she said i was special - and that there could only ever be one of me! (aaahhh).
Actually i know there is someone with my name in the Midlands somewhere, coz when i asked TSB to change my address shortly after their merger, they changed the Lloyds account of my 'twin' to my new address and sent me a new cashcard. When this wouldnt work they actually sent me a NEW PIN NUMBER!!! Luckily i only had a savings account there so i didnt use it but closed that immediately due to their incompetence anyway! I only noticed when they sent me a statement to say i was about four grand overdrawn! Their excuse was that they had entered my name into the computer, and only found one match since the Lloyds/TSB systems were not fully integrated at that time - they had been in Lloyds mode and you had to switch between the two!
