I went to pick up some feed for my horse at the weekend and wanted enough to last me over Christmas. I paid for 5 x 25kg bags and then took the CC round to the back of the shop to have it loaded into my boot. The chap said are you sure you will get 5 in? I then opened the boot and I can say he was mightiley impressed. I could have got 3 in even with the roof down! Before anybody tells me off for doing this - I didn't have to take it very far and apart from that I can only get 4 bags in the boot of the Saxo. Better than an SLK the chap said!

Not big enough for a 7foot Christmas tree though ! It was time to do something drastic...with the roof down and the tree on the back seat, it did provide amusement to the Sunday morning dog-walkers as I drove home.

Ha ha, the same thing happened to me yesterday, we bought a giant footrest thing from the furniture shop and had to put in on the back seats with the room down, luckily it wasn't raining, but it was cold. Made a fine wind stop though and has made my mind up about buying one in the spring!
