I absolutely love my car to bits and I find it very hard to resist driving around everywhere when I'm trying to keep my mileage down!! I've done 800+ miles in just over 2 weeks now and with all this nice weather we're having I can see it just going up and up. I've been extremely fortunate that my car has no leaks which makes the car even more pleasurable!

I was parking my car near my flat today and ended up parking it outside this guys house round the corner from me. I got out to check if I had parked it okay and the guy was banging on his window and then giving me the thumbs up-strange you might say. After finishing parking the car, he comes out and starts chatting to me. He says I can park it outside his house anytime (I guess he's just after some attention from his neighbours) and he'll make sure the car's safe!! Of course I ended up having to show him the working roof and this impressed him even more-I think I just became his best friend.

You reminded me of something...

Went to my mum's on mother's day and her car was parked on the street (which was jammed full) so the only place for me to park was... on her driveway.

As I was reversing in, she came running out and said she'd moved her car first thing so I could park on her drive!!!! Even she's excited by it - and she hasn't got a clue what it is... She hassled me so much, we went topless to ToysRus!

I've had my new baby 8 days now! So far so good.....he is just so perfect and (touch wood) hasn't leaked even when subjected to a hose pipe

Had so many comments about him and so many admiring glances. I just absolutely love him....wouldn't swap him for the world. Done 500 mile so far which I guess speaks for itself:razz:

I had a meeting this morning and decided to take the car as the weather was so nice, when i got there ......roof down of course, i headed for the visitors parking bay and the security man kindly insisted i park in tne chauffers bay right by the front door of the office building, now that is impressive !!!

only thing is on my way out he collared me again and i had to do a complete sales pitch on it for him which made me late for my next meeting.
