DPGS003 Lead and Sony Head unit

Right.. I've got my Sony CDX-MP40 Head Unit and the Connects2 Lead now. (Part no:DPGS003) All hooked up and stalk and display both now working. quick question when playing mp3 discs though.... When I switch on and play the first MP3 (i.e Track 1) the display on the Dash doesn't progress. As in the Sony Head unit moves onto track 2 but the dashboard still says Track 1 the whole time for the rest of the disc until I power off. Even tried a cold reset to no avail. Is this right or does this sound like a fault? Can anyone with a similar install to the above let me know please? Cheers!!

Display for MP3 tracks doesnt work
Everything else works even CD text shown on display, i have a unit where you can store radio station names also display.
All stalk functions work
I was told that mp3 track doesnt display correctly by Connects2 people before i bought it. So i guess it not a fault then. I got a different head unit so it not the unit just the way the converter built
