Anyone purchased their CC using this method of payment? What would be the relevant get out clause if you want to change car after 1 or 2 years instead of the 3 year perior of payment with the lump sum waiting at the end?

I'm not buying my CC under Passport but I bought a Nissan Micra under a similar scheme many years ago. They guarantee the value of your car at the end of the period (equallying the final balloon payment) but (if I remember) set it so that you're paying off the car at the same rate that its depreciating. It means that when you come to settle the loan, you'll get virtually no cash back to put down on your next vehicle. I'm sure if you settle the agreement early they'll give you a settlement figure, but you'll no doubt find a similar result.

Hope that's some help.
