I've never purchased from Simon, but I have to say the detail and care he puts into responding to questions is beyond expectation. If I weren't so far away, I wouldn't hesitate to deal with him. I reckon the delay is a case of too much business and one set of hands.

Please be sure to validate what I've said here - I believe you will!

Cheers

i don't know simon and have never dealt with him, but I DO believe any correspondence should be done on a personal basis, e.g. phone / e-mail etc.. and NOT on a public forum.

it is hardly showing any kind of respect is it ?

I agree totally. Simon has done me, and this forum proud for information etc.. If someone has a problem they should private mail it to him and not attempt the cheap embarressment trick. It only backfires!

Yep. I've been following Simon's excellent posts now for a few months and he's responded to people's sometimes often desperate qeries quickly and with excellent advice.

If it were me, I would not post such potentially embarrasing messages to Simon on this general Forum without the knowledge of the full facts, especially when there's a perfectly good private message facility to use instead.

Simon, I've never dealt with you but from what I've read so far, you have the thumbs up from me for what its worth.

Robbie.

Hmmm, I don't think they'd still agree with that eh? Anyone can be wrong I guess. No problem with changing your mind on the basis of available evidence.
