Is it only me who sees them as a pointless invention. If they did their job properly then there would be no flies but there are flies so I say BAN SPIDERS

I hate having to get them out of the house while my gf is dancing around them getting in the way cos she's too scared to run away and hide :rolleyes:

If spiders ate all the flies all the spiders would die of hunger. So spiders can always eat flies they musn't eat them all

Spiders, flies, cute furry kittens and all part of Gods creation and ours' is not to reason why

This time of year my favourite creatures appear, crane flies (daddy longlegs)................... NOT! Flying spider? What use do those things perform? Shudder! Cringe!

As hard as this may be for people to believe, I am actually a big fan of cats. Dogs aren't really my cup of tea. I like the way you have to work for a cats affections, whereas dogs are kind of stupid and love most people. Plus you don't have to walk cats. And they do smaller poos.
The whole "cat-torturing" stuff is something that crops up on the forum from time to time. Usually every 2-3 months, and is not started by me....

Maybe they got banned because usually when cats type on a keyboard it comes out as

where their paws can't really reach one key at a time!

Well, i waded through pages and pages of CB's ramblings

Then i searched for phobias and there it was!

My un-natural fear and phobia that has unfortunately joined me in adulthood is that I am terrified of Earthworms I think it was ever since someone told me if you chop a worm in half it carries on living as two worms (too freaky for my 5-year old mind) I remember doing a school science experiment which involved marking off a metre square area of the school playing field and drumming your fingers on the ground to make the worms think it was raining so they would come to the surface...Or rather I didn't do it. I stayed inside. Never did find out the point to the experiment. As you may guess, I am not a Fisherman.
