nooo you want hot water and sugar mix ...
orrr a big steamer from a hire shop .. normal diy ones are pants ...
and off course loads of elbow grease ..

orrrrr you could get some new deulux thick paint apparently that you slap on the walls and it evens things out ? not used that though.
