I saw this guy on Breakfast Television this morning, and couldn't believe my eyes.

I checked his web page, and sure enough, he does exisit, and according to the video on his gallery page, he has rescued on a 206cc driver from the dreaded wheel clamp. Who was this driver??????????

Not sure whether it's a hoax or not though. It's highly illegal so if it's not a hoax he can expect jail sometime soon.

yeah but what does the police do with a mugshot? Without a name and an address I don't think they'd be able to trace the guy.
Some 1 here was/is a policeman, (Robbie?) he could clarify how they actually identify someone only with a face, that'd be interesting to know!
