More Electrical glitches

On Sunday I had flashing "--------" come up on my oil indicator (cured itself monday) Now I get ABS light on all the time beeping and ABS Fault message which goes out after 10 mins Every day this has happened Mon, Tues, Today and I wonder if it will do it again tomorrow

I had my side air bag warnings lights coming on for about 5 mins every time I started up...took it back to the dealer and of course it didnt do it.... :rolleyes:

They checked them and said there was nothing wrong with them and it hasnt done it since!!

Does anyone get a prob with their CD player? When I go off to work in the mornings it can take up to 10 minutes for it to get going....just sits there with the track number displayed doing nothing despite pressing play...really weird!! Almost as if its not `warmed up'...

Possibly condensation/mist on the lens or CD if it's first thing on a cold morning. My Kenwood does this sometimes if it's really cold as well.. Means i have to listen to Radio 1 until it's warmed up! Argh! Also might be worth running a decent CD cleaner through it to get rid of any dust that could make the problem worse.

I had flashing '--------' on my first CC. Faulty probe was replaced and ok after that. I had to argue that it was a fault though (see handbook). :rolleyes:

Do you think the multiplexed cars seem to have more problems than the normal wired cars???

I think multiplex is a wonderful idea but too advanced, and owners or mechanics on street cant do anything without DIAG2000
