jet washed me car today drove back home (half mile away) then just poured on the demon shine as per the instructions, the water just seemed to run straight off the car
a quick n easy shammie later and it was done, might even take some pictures if the sun holds out

i did use that tyre slick stuff but it was a little bit too windy and think i sprayed the wheels and not that tyres :O

nah the tyre slick stuff i use is just the spray no foam
can't remember who makes it as it's in the shed at the mo and it's raining hard here again
it's in a green can if that helps
