Thanks for that link.
My car, which was written off in November, was a Tigra...............I ADORED it and had an 'emotional crisis' when it was smashed up. I was going to hang on until they brought out the new model, later this year, but I saw the Pug and decided to get that. I hope I won't be disappointed. The Pug seems a bit 'sluggish' compared to my Tigra but maybe it's the way I am driving it at the minute!!! Also I think the Pug is probably a heavier car than my Tigra was so that might make a difference to performance!!!
I have seen a picture of the rear of the new Tigra and I think it looks a bit ugly.....very square with lots of 'edges'

Don't miss your Tigra, mine cost me a fortune as so much kept going wrong with it. I know what you mean about the sluggishness but I think it is just the weight, It'll be worth it all in the summer! Thanks for that link.

just got a copy of autoexpress magazine www.autoexpress.co.uk
http://www.peugeot206cc.co.uk/modules.p ... 473df1c230
makes pretty good reading but the engine's a bit weak 1.8 @ 125bhp
, the boot access seems very small but the roof doesn't take up anyspace in the boot as it seems to fit behind the front seats when it folds up
will still like to see in it's metal

Personally I would never EVER have another Vauxhall again. I have had a Vectra and also a 52 plate corsa SRi in the past and both have had so many problems with the engine managment which Vauxhall themselves seem to deny any knowledge of being aware of this fault. My last car, b4 my lovely CC was teh Corsa SRi, it nearly killed me 3 times in various situations where the engine totally cut out, one was even on the dual carriageway at 70 mph, NOT my idea of safe !! So booooooooooooo to Vauxhall, cos all the ppl I know with them have had engine management trouble too. I spit on Vauxhall LOL

mmmmmmmm just realised where i'd seen the tigra's roof b4
as part of the roof design's for the peugeot 206cc or so it seems or was it rejected then re-used by vauxhall

had a flick through autocar mag in asda (yes derek i know
) they reckon it's gonna b £13000ish for the start model then £15000 for the 1.8 one that does 0-60 in 9.5ish sec's
the 175bhp (autoexpress 150bhp) range topper is out in 2 years
plus the silver roof bit's can also be painted the same as the body colour, extra charge applies i bet.
so 2 mags different prices and times
