mikeya,
it's just your luck with the replacement as look what happened with rob.
water has leaked in on 3 separate occasions but they have all been one offs and there has been plenty of rain in scotland to test it
carpet trim was also loose on driver side when i got it but i didnt notice until i got home but that can be sorted at the 1st service.
all in i'm happy with the replacement. would only take it back to the dealer if the leak got a lot worse as that's where i went wrong the 1st time - took it in to get a leak fixed and never really saw it much afterwards
good luck if you do get a replacement.

Derek:
It seems at last we are getting good service from jamjar (though I am still awaiting written confirmation). They have offered a replacement car, and I can keep mine until it comes. They have also paid in full for the boot rack. If my car behaves now (having had the BSI replaced) until the replacement is ready (auto, may take up to 12 weeks), then I have agreed with jamjar that I may choose to keep the old car or take the replacement.
