Just thought I would say hello to everyone. I collected my 2.0SE Aegean blue model on 1st March (nearly a whole month of fun!) I have been visiting this site since December reading up on the CC's. Everyone seems very friendly and helpful. I have to agree with the people in the spotted section about seeing lots of miserable people! Every CC driver I have seen I smile but they just stare at me!!
Went topless today for the 1st time so cool.

Hello I only picked up my 1.6 Allure blue car on Saturday and I have been topless everyday. I love it.

I don't wave to cc drivers but I think I would in summer if we both had our hoods down (or of course if they waved to me)

Blimey Geraldine I have just spotted that you live in Leeds. I work in Leeds so if you see a blue cc Reg A15 HJB give me a wave and I'll wave back.

Be thankful for the rain at the moment at least you will find out if you have any leaks!

Donna has hit the nail on the head - use the rain to find if you've got a "good" CC that does not leak.

I thought I had, but then the dreaded "drivers door leak" where the roof meets the windscreen struck. Service section of the Zoo were cr@p - gave all the normal "you'll have to take that up with Peugeot UK" lines when I suggested it was a QC fault that the car should not have left the factory with. Unfortunately for the idiot service booker, the dealership I bought from is owned by a holding comany... that is 100% owned by Peugeot UK.

Quick chat with the Salesman who sold me the car ensued and he collected the keys from me at work the following morning. All roof seals replaced. Drivers door now closes properly all the time too. And a week without any leaks - and yes, I had been "testing" with the hosepipe when it wasn't raining. (Sad I know - but I want to get the leaks fixed early on in case I have to go down the rejection route.)

I suggest to any new CC owner that has problems with the service section of the Zoo that they speak to the Salesperson who sold them the car if they have problems. It might not always work, but one of the common lines they come out with when selling a car is "I want to know if you have any problems with the car". They said it!
