There is always an article in the Driven section each week of the Sunday Times which is for people to write in about how they have been stung by dealers or bad service.
Yesterdays was a CC driver who had driven through a car wash and then a few minutes down the road the windows were going up and down on their own, the lights were doing the same and various other electrical problems.
Apparently when he took it into the dealer, they informed him that the car wash had moved the arial I think which had then caused all these electicial faults!
:? Nice one Peugeot!
(I know he was at fault driving through a car wash in the first place but still!) :|

My dealer told me the CC was perfectly fine to go through a car wash.

Shell have a new touch free car wash near me, and it worked a treat, first a guy jet washed it, then it went through the wash which has no brushes just jets of water, then it was treated to a full hoover and interior window clean. And a very good job it did too!
