i phoned monkey hq today and it's just as well u can't send ur fist down the phone or there would have been a dead monkey.
they say the dealer was supposed to contact me which they never but my complaint today would need to be a new one as my first was about parts and this one was about the dealer - ffs the p****k was really annoying me so i ripped the p**s out of him for ages

the first complaint WAS about the dealer but the thick monkey couldn't work that out :rolleyes: he also wouldn't let me talk to anyone above him as there was no one available :rolleyes: so i would him up more and more
eventually i asked if they were busy to which he said yes - so i said that must mean they are so bad that they have so many people phoning to complain - he said no comment
i also went on about their driver power etc.. customer satisfaction ratings and said it was no surprise if they are as bad as him at customer care :rolleyes:
i then said i wanted to make a complaint about him so i should be able to speak to someone else - he said to put my complaint in writing :rolleyes:
i then asked what contact number they had for me - it was correct so i said it was strange that they couldn't work out how to use a phone
after speaking them them i then phoned another number for customer services as they were just for enquiries - didn't get far but at least the person i spoke to had a brain.
if you ever phone the enquiries number and get a tosser called morgan - just hang up
