Deep Scratches on the rear Bumper. Any help?

I don’t know what the hell has happened, but this morning i found the right-hand side of the rear bumper full of deep scratches!!! Does anyone know if and how I can get rid of the deep scratches? Is it possible to repair the plastic bumper or shall I go for a new one which is an expensive option I guess. Any clues about the price of new rear bumper? Thanks in advance.

They can be repaired and resprayed (if applicable).
