For some odd reason, water doesn't bead on my Pug - even though I use a shampoo with wax in it, that I used on my BM and it was fine. (Turtle Wax products). :?

Never had this prob before - anyone else found this or can recommend a product that works better?

Looks like I'll have to do a separate wax on it otherwise.

Waxing the car is the only way
Try Autoglym's products, i tried and don't change them any other product.
I wax the car once in a month, and then wash it at least once a week. I think all new shampoos include wax.

Thanks Jussi.

I've stocked up on goodies and the recommended Gloss Guard (picked up on another thread around here somewhere!)

Subject to dry weather, it will get the full treatment this weekend....

Tip for great clean, sparkly car windows is the industrial strength cleaner that double glazing fitters use...fortunately got a load free when they installed mine!
