I've found a leak today.
Must be coming from the roof - but can't find it exactly. It's dripping onto the windstop plastic bit and also running down the rear inside panel. Not too bad considering its absolutely poured here all day.
Anyone had this and know a fix or is it a dealer trip?

Had a closer look - found it - it is the seal between the front/rear window -the roof is out of alignment. Dealer trip coming up. But have to wait nearly 3 weeks - off on holiday Thurs.

Mine leaking through where the roof release catch thingy is above my head. Took it to the dealer this morning and its got to go in for two days next week. Apparently they know exactly whats happened (?) and that it needs a new seal. They have got to take the whole roof off, re-seal and then re-align the roof back on.
Ah well - these things are sent to try us I suppose.

Thanks Jem...yes, I know I will miss it will all that sunshine and no topless ccing, but apparently its been so hot in Spain recently (over 30C this week) that roof up and aircon would probably be more appropriate!!Have a great holiday and don't miss your CC too much!
I will enjoy plenty of sangria and relax by the pool instead!

Hiya,
Just to let you now my cc also had a leaking roof, didnt notice for ages then when I was cleaning noticed watermarks on the back seats. Took it to the dealer and it went in for 2 days to have it mended. Apparently very common problem! For a dealer story in Nottingham, I posted it in the dealer forum..... read and be amazed!

From my experience there are new modified roof seals that are a bit thicker and more supple than the factory installed ones and therefore less prone to leaks. these seem to only be fitted if there is an leak issue.
I had loads of problems with mine, but eventually they got it all aligned and the seals right and it has not leaked in 2 years !!
this is probably why it takes a couple of days to ensure they get it right and to let the glue/ sealant to dry.

Hi All, Just bought my wife a 206cc and have joined this forum because it leaks, ( i was told to expect one) so I am not surprised. When the car is still its fine , when you drive it comes in on the passenger side , seems to be where the windows join, like most on here and ends up on the back seat. Its out of warranty any idea what sort of bill to expect for putting it right?
Thanks,
Rob
Thanks,

Re: Roof leak onto driver's side rear panel/seat
Hello, I've read through this post, and have the same problem with my 206cc. from both sides, but mostly from the passenger side.
For all you who went to main dealer, how much roughly did it cost?
