Besides the obvious one there are also a few you can do solo -
Drink a few more beers :lager:
Read something work related
Tune into Radio 4 (or radio 2 in some instances)
For the last 9 or 10 weeks or however long it was this time you could have switched E4 on and watched a few minutes of big brother.

Yeah i thought cold showers were supposed to wake you up!! I've found another sollution, have a really warm bath with lot's of bubbles and then have a hot chocolate!! It works!!
