Sony stalk & display adaptor (DPGS003) Where 2 buy?

Hey guys.
I've recently changed the standard stereo to my Sony Mp3 but have (as expected) lost the display and stalk controls.

I'm looking for the Connects2 adaptor (DPGS003) as this will sort out both problems, but can't seem to find it anywhere chearer than Â£60 / Â£70!!!!

Now that to me seems a bit extortionate and just wondered if anyone knew of somewhere i could pick one up a little cheaper.
Or is anyone selling one perhaps????
