I ordered EBC greenstuff brakes pads for the front (DP21374) and rear (DP2458/2) for my Y reg (2001) 206CC. Went to get them fitted today, and the rear ones were fine, but they could not fit the front ones because they were the wrong shape? I had to settle for standard off the shelf ones instead! I know people have fitted those with no probs to 2002+ CC's, so I think it must just be a 2001 problem??

Has anyone with a 2001 CC successfully had front EBC greenstuff brakes fitted?

The engine may have something to do with it, the S16 version (2.0) will have different pads from the 1.6 .
I have the 2.0 and the standard pads and think these are great, good pedal feel and great grip, you might wanna try stahlflex brake hoses though (braided steel brake hoses, they make the pedal stiff as a board)
black 206 CC 2.0 (2001)
407 SX 2.0HDIf (2004)

I have the 2.0 version, and on another thread somewhere it confirms the part numbers I quoted above. Have checked at www.ebcbrakesdirect.com and brakes4u.co.uk and they also confirm the part numbers. Oh well, I'm sending one of my old brake pads to them so they can try and find the correct one and update their site. So maybe I'll get them next time around!
