Hmmm wonder who that belongs to?

Semi detached villa - central Scotland - isn't that an inherant contradiction? I thought villas were in hot sunny places like Spain and Florida

It has been very warm the last week but I will ask them to change villa to house

I know what you mean as even I think that the Â£92k I hope to get for the house is a lot for what you get but it's only because of how house prices have increased. I would hate to be in the parts of England where that sounds like a bargain.
