Problem with new CD changer

Hi,

I have a standard RD3 head unit in my 307. I have just purchased a CD changer for it and had it coded to my Peugeot last friday.

Problem I have is that in on cds I can hear a crackle when using the cd changer. If i put the same cd in the in the head unit its fine.

Any suggestions guys?

maybe a dodgy earth connection on the cd-changer, just guessing tho

My car has the same programme - peugeots replacing the cd changer to see if this helps...still haven't got round to taking it there yet though
