Ok guys i am new here and i dont know a thing about pugs but i joined as i need to sort a friends stereo out.
basically i took the old standard cd player out (it has a extra plug on it thats for the remote control near the steering wheel) anyway fitted a jvc mp3 player in there car and all is well apart from one thing...
It doesnt hold its memory, liek if i save the bass/treble...ect settings soon as car is switched off and on again the memory isnt saved.
Any ideas on how i go about sorting this out?
thanks....
Stereo not saving settings...

in peugeots the constant and ignition wires are the other way round to other cars, so it's sending the wrong signal to the wrong bit of the ISO block. If it's a modern stereo the constant (or battery) and ingition cables should have bullet connectors in-line which you can just swap over with eachother, if not then cut the battery and ignition wires after the ISO block, and join to the opposite (eg constant - join to ignition)
