Taking the steering wheel off without causing airbag probs

Does anyone know if I can take the steering wheel off without causing problems with the airbag??

I was thinking maybe if I disconnect the battery for a few minutes before removing it??

wont cause any probs bud.guess you changing a com? take battery off.it will work fine. :)
