blower fan switch

Any one got any ideas why my blower will only work on the highest setting and no other.. and it's noisey on that so just sit in the cold normally..lol..

yep,fan resistor pack has failed so using 12 v feed, fan on full :)

When mine went on a 205GT years ago I let the dealer fit it. Cost me about £35 then, but that was 15 years ago! Had one go on an Espace more recently but I sold the car before I got around to the bother of replacing the resistor pack. Looked too fiddly.

If mine went now on our 206cc I think I'd get a quote from a dealer or good Peugeot indie, both for the resistor pack alone, and then including fitting, and make my mind up then.

Resistor packs for some Peugeot models are listed at £25 on GSF but I can't see one for the 206 on their site.
