PEUGEOT 206 1.1 CUTTING OUT

Hi
I have a 206 lx 1.1 on a S plate 1998 done 28,000 miles

the car keeps cutting out and the Yellow light on the dash comes on.
The car is very easily to re start it can cut out when you are driving but just turn the key and all is ok.
Some times it will happen after 3 or 4 mins next time it may happen after driving 10/20 mins.
I have changed the fuel fitter and have had it checked at a auto electric w/shop.

It has been put on computer machine but nothing is showing up.I belive that the ECU holds information that can tell you the fault but its not showing anythink

SOME ONE said it could be the Throttle postion senser
I have read on the web that this is a Common Fault on the 206 and even Peugeot D,not have a answer

Any ideals

I would suspect something like the crankshaft sensor if it has one (but I don't know 1.1 engines).
