Hi, Everyone, hopefully someone can help. When i start up my 206cc, the car creates a beeping noise and the door locks themselves. Then normally i either get a "passengers airbag disabled" warning or "engine imobilsor fault" warning. Now some gave me a guide on how to reboot the BSI unit, and when i done this the problem seem to go away, how ever when i started the car a beep noise still happend. But when the car has been standing for longer than an hour or two, the problem re-occurs. Also my engine cuts out when i slow and the revs drop below 1, can someone help, is it the battery? Ta Gav

I had the same problem, after the fault immobilizer is on i would stop the car and try to start it again and it wont start, then i would have to open the battery connecter and wait 4 about 10mins and sometimes 30mins.
So i sent it to a dealer, he said that i have a lot of faulty codes and have to change many items to get it fix and that he would not be sure it wont happen, so what i told him to do was to delete the faulty codes 1st, then see what happens but so far it did not come back for about few months.
Sometimes it's because the wire as been tap or even gone through some short circuit or something, thats y it happens.....
You should try it, then you would know what to change. This will save you money....
